PThe pungency is intense but held together by the creamy waxiness, and by aromatic notes of anise and chamomile, with a twist of lemon rind.

Underneath the dark and musty leathery character, though, flowery notes of lavender and fruity echoes of red cherries still shine, amplified by the final 5 years of maturation in a sherry cask.
