Notes of taste
Light on the nose, well balanced and rich in nuances. At first the fruity aroma of fresh green apples emerges, but soon decisive notes of malt and wood emerge. Full-bodied on the palate. The finish is bitter-sweet with hints of ripe raspberries, wood smoke, dehydrated lavender and cocoa. -

Matured exclusively in American ex Sherry oak barrels, with a percentage of refill barrels, the expression is characterized by waxy notes of ripe fruit, spices and oak wood. It is a whisky that would have made the great Alexander Cowie proud.
