2005 rum that highlights the Jamaican ancestral style: a long fermentation, a 100% distillation blended by the two legendary Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries and 12 years of aging in Jamaica and 1 to 2 years in France.
Rum Plantation was distilled in Peru in 2006 by Pot Still and Column Still, aged 11 years in small ex bourbon barrels and subsequently aged 2 years in ex Ferrand cognac barrels.
