€ 41,00 VAT includedRead moreThe delicate whisky from this distillery in Speyside, usually very light in body and known for its flowery and honeyed touch, has received an extra layer of fruity richness thanks to a finish of twenty months in second fill sherry casks. Only slightly winey, it has developed notes of ripe peaches, apricots, red apples, and it has reached a fine balance between malty and fruity sweetness, and the drier and spicier notes from the sherry. It still maintains a gentle mouthfeel, but with an unexpected blast of pepper in the end, and even a slight quizzical whiff of farmy aromas: damp pastures, leather, horse stables. Fragrant, very easy and caressing, but with a punchy twist.

€ 82,00 VAT includedRead moreThe Grand Arôme denomination is reserved for rums which have undergone a slower fermentation of the molasses, which results in the maximum concentration of fruity and spicy flavours. Aged for 10 years on the Island of Réunion, where the tropical climate drew oaky and tannic notes from the cask, and then brought back to Europe for a final period of rest, it has a marked “funky” character of overripe fruits (apples, pineapples, dates…) while remaining dry and distinctly peppery, with a touch of cinnamon too.
