11 Years Old

This rum from the “Vintage” series was distilled in 2008 in one of the four columns still at Trinidad Distillers, and was aged 10 years in Trinidad and then finished its maturation for 1 year in Ferrand barrels. Growing fruit notes create a citrus explosion of lemon and pear, followed by grilled almonds, popcorn and paprika. It is a fresh and floral rum, perfect as an after dinner drink.
