Russian leader Vladimir Putin has given the light to a revised nuclear strategy for Russia via a presidential decree on Tuesday as per details on the official legal site dated November 19th. The document named "Approval of the Core Principles of State Policy in Russias Nuclear Deterrence Field" states that any act of aggression by a member nation of an alliance against Russia or its partners will be seen as aggression, by the entire alliance.
