Gin Crespo is created with 11 hand-heavy botanicals, where citrus fruits predominate, from orange peel, lemon and cardamom. It is a Premium gin, one of a kind; awarded 10 times in international competitions, positioning it as the most awarded in Latin America. Maceration in extra neutral alcohol, distilled five times at origin. Fractional distillation, typical of a London Dry Gin, is carried out with pure water from the protected area of El Cajas, in the Ecuadorian Andes. Filling, labeling and sealing is done manually, and at the end each bottle is numbered.

For maceration, each of the eight botanical components is added individually to 200 litres of neutral grain spirit and water for 24-48 hours. The citrus fruits are instead left to macerate for a year. The distillation process takes about 4 and a half hours and the spirits obtained are mixed by the Master Distiller to create the typical flavour notes of this gin.
